Surprising Documents

Six months or so after her passing and with winter approaching, I decided to start going through her documents left behind and a few caught me by surprise and wish to include them here.

First, an email from my place of work to her re her telephone service at home using an email address belonging to Joe her prior long-term relationship. I can only assume she’d ask me for information while I was at Maritime Fastening on business and got back to her when I returned to the office. In fact the more I think about it the more I remember her asking me to look into this matter for her.

Second, My Future Life which I’d never seen before. I’m learning that Marlene would write just for her with no need to share.

The Dinner she wrote after getting home from our first date. I’d never seen this before and it was a fun read and made me laugh as well.
