Gratitude Journal
A strong proponent of gratitude journaling, Marlene would write them down from time to time, but her gratitude took place daily as she said her prayers at night in bed while holding my hand. I know the attached examples will provide a light into what she was grateful for and hope it entices others to begin the practice as well.
My only contribution to this subject matter is that I truly believe its philosophy that the more you are thankful the happier it will make you and others around you.
I recommend we all try by simply thinking about what we are grateful for each day.
