On the day Marlene left us, I decided to continue our conversations to help me deal and cope with the situation. I found it to be very helpful being able to express myself sitting alone in the house. I also took the opportunity to be as honest as possible in areas I could have been better. Ultimately it was my way to continue talking with Marlene knowing that her spirit was still with me.
