Sense of Humour

I’ll teach you how to laugh is what she said to me early on. OH Boy was she right. Perhaps the thing most people remember about her.

She later said that her humour was born out of necessity in dealing with bullies in school. That she could diffuse any situation with a joke. I have no doubt this was a big influence but the bigger is the influence of her parents.

Her smile and laughter left such a huge mark on me that I wrote the attached blurb approximately ten years back.
